Can I return a purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for custom orders. Though we could exchange the item if you are unsatisfied. You can return items brought through the website within 14 days of purchasing. Please email us at pearlcustomz@gmail.com for more information.
What happens if my item is damaged?
Please contact us through email. It should include the following below:
1) Picture of the damaged, defective, or wrong item
2) Picture of the paper copy of your order invoice
3) Brief explanation of the damage, defect, or wrong item
This will allow us to correct this as quickly as possible.
My order never arrived!?
Sorry, but once we ship out your order we no longer have any responsibility. You will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS). Once it has been filed, please send us an update and your claim number.
Can I exchange my purchase?
All exchanges must be received within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the item, we will process your order. You will be responsible to pay for the return postage once the claim has been made. You can make your claim by emailing us at pearlcustomz@gmail.com
How long will my order take?
We are trying to stay as sustainable as possible, and because of this, we are a print-on-demand business. Normally, we ask for two weeks while we create your shirt of goodness. If problems arise, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Are there any minimums for custom orders?
Yes, we have a minimum for various types of prints. For 2-4 color prints, we have a 15-item minimum. For a premium full-color, there is a 50-item minimum. There is also a basic full-color print for a 15-item minimum. We can do a simple design for a one-color print at any amount. For complex artwork, there is a five-print minimum for one color. We are always looking for new ways to get different types of prints available. Do you offer international shipping?
